GATHERINGS
will not take place every month. They will take place as the need arises, and I will be sure to send out a mass PM telling everyone. The thing about these gatherings, though, is that they are made to end quickly. So there will be a thread going on with just the leaders speaking and such. If someone wants to, they can start a new thread for little outside meetings during the gathering. Only a few cats from each Clan will be chosen to come, so only they may post in that area at that time.
MEDICINE CATS
will not be in each Clan. There will be one medicine cat and one apprentice, due to the lack of supplies. The medicien cats may move around safely from Clan to Clan as they wish, and will treat the felines injured there as the need arises. The one medicien cat rule may change later on as the site develops, and the medicine cat will take on another apprentice.
KITTYPETS
will not be roleplayed on this site. With this site, or any warriors site for that matter, kittypets are fairly useless, not really involving themselves enough for them to be of any use. Maybe sometime in the future, but not at this moment.
SEASONS
change as they do in real life. If it is summer ( in the USA ) it is greenleaf on this site. Here are the months and how the seasons on the site change with them.
March - April - May newleaf June - July - August greenleaf September - October - November leaf-fall December - January - February leafbare
BIRTHING SEASON
is not the specific time in which a cat can mate and have kits. It would not make sense, because cats can have kits all year. This 'birthing season' simply means this is the season that is preferred for kit-bearing. Kits are less likely to have sicknesses and deformities during this time. The birthing season is April to July.
WEATHER
The weather here is harsh. Summers are filled with a blistering heat, inescapable even at night. Spring and falls are muddy and wet. Winters are the worst. Frozen ground, endless snow, freezing winds, practically nonexistant prey.
